Haxhi Ymer Lutfi Paçarizi (1870-1928) was one of the most influential poets from Prizren. Paçarizi was, at the same time, the leader of the Prizren Melami Sufi Order. In 1920 he supported the socialist movements in Kingdom of Yugoslavia which became very influential among the Muslim population of Kosovo, Sanjak and Macedonia. This archival selection brings together some of the articles, images and archival documents on Paçarizi's life and socialist movements in the early 20th century Prizren and Skopje.

The album was composed by Dave Smith, performed by Janet Sherbourne and Jan Steele. The album takes form around traditional Albanian music, highlighting the ways it has appealed to British experimental musicians and progressive writers. The archive includes concert and promo materials, Albanian Life Journals, interviews with the performers and the composer.
